We are conducting research at Northwestern University using a light device in men and women between ages 35-70 years at risk of developing diabetes. Your participation will require a two overnight laboratory stays, weekly visits, wearing a light device each morning for 4 weeks, wearing a sleep monitor, completing questionnaires, and completing a daily log for 5 weeks.

You will be paid for your participation.
