**CLOSED** Paid Harvard Study Looks for Connection Between Health and Wellbeing

Interested in how health and well-being are connected in your daily life? Researchers at Harvard University are conducting a study about how health and well-being are connected.

The study will last no more than 3 hours, but takes place over eight to ten days. You will be asked to complete questionnaires online three times and visit a Harvard laboratory once. You will be offered $50 in cash for participation in the study. You will also be reimbursed for public transportation expenses to get to and from the laboratory (up to $6 in cash) or provided with complimentary parking near the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health on the day of their laboratory visit.

Please be noted that you will be asked to provide us with your name, phone number and mailing address to participate in the study. Your contact information will not be linked to any of the other information collected from you and will not be used for any other purpose. 



  • 22 to 60 years old
  • Do not have any chronic diseases (e.g., heart disease)
  • Not pregnant
  • Not obese (i.e., body mass index ≥30)
  • Not diagnosed with clinical depression or other major mental disorder
  • Do not have restrictions on what types of physical activity you can do
  • Exercise less than 2 times per week 
  • English speaker
