**CLOSED** Wearable Device Testing Looking for Participants with Diabetes

by member 107

Developers are seeking participants to test a prototype version of our wearable device designed to record and monitor heart rate data. They are interested in testing its ability to detect and monitor various health conditions such as hypertension, heart disease and diabetes from heart rate data alone. In order to confirm your health status for the study, you will asked that you sign a medical records release form during your first visit. The release form will only request access to your itemized billing and prescriptions information. Your medical records will only be used for internal research purposes and all of your information will remain confidential. Participants will be asked to come in to the developers office in the SOMA neighborhood. The user will be outfitted with one of the prototype watches and will be asked to wear it continuously for a span of two days. At the end of your testing session, you will be asked to return to the office to drop off the device and receive your compensation. Both visits should take no more than 10 minutes of your time.
